In the morning usually we are in a hurry to go for work. Our children and husband need to have breakfast. I do not have any servant. Would you mind helping to share your experience preparing fast and healthy food for breakfast?

We love to take Bagels or English Muffins and put a cooked egg, cheese, with ham or sausage on it. We wrap it and freeze the whole thing when you are in a hurry you grab one pop it in the microwave for 45- 1 minute and you are good to go.

You are welcome. You can also make waffles and pancakes a head of time and freeze to warm up in the morning.

Just preparing a sandwich or noodles saves lots of your time and healthy too. It's always better to have all the required stuff on hand as running for the needed stuff consumes all your time. So better keep everything ready and prepare the breakfast in minutes.

If you are always in a hurry, try preparing cereals, oatmeal, boiled egg, fresh fruits and milk. That would somehow give them the energy that they need.

We have the same situation. Nobody will get up early to prepare breakfast and yet we want a healthy and full breakfast. What we do is to prepare home made yoghurt the day before. This is easy to make. We buy the starter and the milk put them together and place the container in the yoghurt maker. After which cool it in the fridge for a day Then we buy different dried fruits, jam, nuts, cereals, etc. in order to add flavor. It is really delicious and nutritious. For calorie conscious person like me, it works.

I often make some cakes, in the morning I make some soya-bean milk, we eat cakes and drink soya-bean milk for breakfast. Sometimes I make some rice soup, I fry some vegetables, we eat it with bread. I also fry eggs for each family, we eat it with bread, and also have some milk for breakfast.
