Snacks that help you lose weight? Celery and carrots is one that is good for you and nearly no calories. Thinking of other things--Ryekrisp, Melba Toast, yogurt, raw vegetables, and fruit. Eating small meals about five or six times a day is good for your metabolism. Keeps it going.

Those low fat n low calories snacks made by dried banana and apple are great for boosting energy and can fill your nutritional needs at the same time, you don't have to worry about putting on weight with eating them even if you consume a lot, it sound like the one you are looking for, keep an eye on the grocery store shelf next time, with luck, you may have find them in your local store.

Yea, snacks can be a big help in regaining energy when one is involved with some work. Fruits would be the best pick I can recommend. There is no other snack out there that can truly beat the health benefits of fruits. It's good for the body in general. However, the circumstances will really challenge what we've learned in school about a healthy snack. We are surrounded with lots of foods and most of them are enticing to the eyes. Hope we can really discipline ourselves to choose that which is right for our body.

Yeah. Fruits are good snacks but I don't know if it can make me full. Especially apple is good for the skin and helps make you slimmer.

I have an idea and I always watch it in the television. I usually watch the pineapple juice as a good drink to lose weight. It is really effective and it is good for the heart. But I am not drinking that much as I want to gain more weight. I am just slim and my aim this year is to gain more but still very healthy.

Thanks for commenting. I am more conscious of what I drink. I don't too much frizzy drinks like sodas and softdrinks. I also consider pineapple juice as a great anti-oxidant.

Fresh vegetables and fruits are good snacks though it was really hard for vegetables but if you just put a little seasoning they taste good.

I try to eat healthy snacks, like carrots and lettuce sticks. I find them very tasty, and of course they are good for you as well. I am trying to lose wieght, and it has been hard, as I go up and then I go down, and back up again. I have been struggling with my weight for years, so when I take off a few punds now and again, I feel happy that I have accomplished what i wanted to accomplish. I hope to lose enough weight one of tthese days, and I will just keep trying. Take care, and have a very good day.

Thanks for commenting. Maybe making and consuming vegetable juice everyday will help you lose weight. Use carrots and lettuce and others as ingredients for juice, throw in some fruits as well.

I do know that the best snack would be having fruits instead of eating chips or cakes or biscuits. eating healthier food can help lose those unwanted fats.

There is an amount of saturated fats in chips and cakes. These saturated fats are fats that store longer in the body and harder to dispose.

Is this right and this is my first time heard that.I just so love chocolate and it helps me get happy and get rid of those unhappy things.I only know that fruits has such effect and it's so great to eat everyday with fresh fruits.

Recently I started to make my own snack which are more on fresh vegetables salad, fruits or wheat sandwiches. I stop eating junk foods as a snack because it bad for my health and i gained weight too.

Junk foods are very tasty and recently I have been craving for it. I like the chips they have that are flavored sweet barbecue. At least I can say I only eat a bag per week. I don't think it is bad to only eat that seldom.

fruits is the best snack! apples,bananas,oranges,grapes etc., these fruits helps us to have energy and vitamins to boosts our immune system.. after my morning exercise i will just grab whatever fruit that is available in our kitchen and after eating it i feel refresh and energized.. so it is best to opt for nutritious snack like fruits..

Thanks for commenting. I love bananas, grapes and apples. Bananas are good in potassium. Apples are good for the skin. Grapes are also good for the skin and are anti-oxidants.
