I have two writing gigs on queue and one of them is an application to a culinary school. I have to produce 1,000 words to explain why my client is pursuing a career in the culinary arts. Since I'm in a mood to innovate, I'm taking this opportunity to dissect this essay to discover its anatomy and perhaps learn how to write it faster. I'm already doing well with 100-word blog posts. Now, I'd like to scale up a bit and create a process for a 1,000-word essay about anything. I'm writing now.
