There is a big problem for me that when I want to cook pineapple cake I beat the cream well but its not in the form of foam its just like a liquid and I can topping it on the cake. I tried many methods but all are vain. I beat the cream more and more but still its thin. I think there should be something we must add it. Can I try egg white to make it foam? Can anybody tell me about this?

You need to buy cream which is specifically labelled "Whipping Cream". Ordinary single cream is too thin. Adding egg white would probably not work. Egg white will not whip successfully if there is the slightest trace of oil/fat.

If you add a bit of castor sugar to it, it may hold it in place. Whip it in one direction mixing one measure of cream and two measures of castor sugar.

Castor sugar is just for the topping after the cake is baked. For mixing, it is just powdered sugar before baking.[I am sure you know this already but I wanted to make myself clear]

asmawabbcs you must buy whipping cream to make whipped cream for your pineapple dessert. You cannot whip ordinary cream i and adding egg whites will do no good at all .You must make sure its cream for whippng then itti will thicken and be lovely for your dessert.
