Who paid earning in my lot?

As we know that in mylot we are paid, when we make discussion, uploading image, or giving response to other discussion. WHo paid for this? and how way?

Know one knows and only the admin know its, and it is very confidential. The important thing is we are being payed and we are enjoying here at the same time.
