When I tasted this Thai noodle dish, I loved it at once. I am fond of eating any kind of noodles specially asian inspired noodles. I loved the flat noodles and the taste of sweet soy sauce with a little bit burnt taste. I cooked this with chicken breast sliced into little pieces and also with scrambled eggs. It takes just under five minutes to prepare this, sprinkle with chili flakes and viola, ready to eat thai noodle dish. My husband always finishes this whenever I cook this, making me cook some more for myself.
