When I had swelling in my feet, I was advised to get tested for Uric acid and Creatine (An amino acid that does not occur in proteins but is found in the muscle tissue of vertebrates both in the free form and as phosphocreatine; supplies energy for muscle contraction), tests showed it as normal, next tried this herbal treatment as told my wife, cloves of garlic were boiled in mustard oil till they were brown strained and kept in bottle, this was messaged on the feet after making it warm.
After massaging 2 times daily for 3 days, it is totally gone.
Now message is done once at bed time.
In the meantime a friend who had gout; and his toe joints had started to deform due to high uric acid content told me about a local cheap treatment using green papaya and ordinary green tea.
I am sharing it here for benefit of friends, one may try if one has got uric acid after all no harm done.
Just mix green papaya cubes to the ordinary green tea, sip after 15 minutes.

After a week of drinking this formula there is significant improvement.
Ripe papaya and green papaya have wonderful medicinal properties.
Please respond comment and share your tips about herbal treatments----if any?

Thanks in advance. Professor Dr. Bhuwan Saraf. PhD. April 19. 2013.
Cheers have a lucky day ahead.

Cut green papaya into small cubes, place into the water, bring to boil, then add tea leaves, similar to the tea-making process.
Clinical tests show that this brings better effects for treatment of gout, subject to frequent drinking of this formula.

I learn that fresh cherries and apple cider vinegar is helpful too.
Also, I believe a strict adherence of dieting habits is another form of treatment. So avoid iron rich foods like red meat, livers, gizzards, bean curd and soya bean. Eating right and healthily is another aspect one must observe to help with the management of such a condition.

HI Sir,
The juice of green leaf (of papaya) is very benficial to bring down the high fever (including dengue fever).
I also make curry, parathas with green papaya as the children like it. Recently i attended a speach session on health and i understood a bowl of ripe papaya taken during breakfast is beneficial for constipation/ piles etc.

My father in- law as well as my brother-in-law has gout. I will tell them about this so they can try it.
How about ripe papaya? My father-in-law almost everyday eats ripe papaya. But still his joint aches. He also takes a medication for that.
