Yes, that is called free taste. Yes, I think that is one technique of the company to gain more customer as the customer will judge with themselves what is really good for their taste. I prefer that kind of endorsement of food.

Yes, I have often tasted the food in the supermarket. Sometimes, it is good , but not always. I have often tasted cheese. Even otherwise, I like cheese very much. Cheese is one of my favourite food. Sometimes, the food given for the customer to try will be very good, but the food kept in packs for sale will not be so good quality. But cheese is often good.

Our supermarket often does this, and yes there is always a little plates on the counter with new cheeses that have just come on the market. It's a good incentive for you to try and buy. Some people are quite greedy though, I have seen the same people go back for more and take more than one piece at a time! I guess they can't stop that from happening.

Hi youless, more new food and beverages are available in the hypermarkets here on weekends and public holidays. Yeah, this is the golden opportunity to promote the new products as there are lots of customers hanging around. If there is any new food or drink seems to be really attractive in taste I will try it without any hesitation. I will pick one and dump into the trolley cart if the savor really suits my appetite My sister in law and I always like to pick two packets of new food of different flavors and then share half amount of them respectively I don't buy any if the food tested doesn't fulfill my taste bud Happy posting and have a nice day

Yes, and no. I try things I know are safe. I will read the ingredients of things that sound interesting and will try them if they are safe and on my rotation diet, by that I mean I won't eat anything with meat because that goofs up my diet.

I do do some tasting in the super market. Here the deli's will let you try a deli meat or deli treat if you aren't sure you'd like it. Now of course we have the carts set up with free samples as well from time to time from various vendors, and then I will try it. Places like Sam's Club or Costco always have a treat to try.

Yes,I do let my children taste some foods in the supermarket. The last time my kids tasted and liked a food it's a hotdog. And I can say that it really tastes good and since then, we are buying that brand of hotdog.

I did tried it a few times and the person will keep talking and convicing me into buying it . But I rejected them because I do not like the taste. However, I felt so bad for not buying from them . So, now I do not try them anymore but I allow my hubby or my children to try if they want and I will be away from them .
