I think you must do yoga and exercises for stress relief... Find time for yourself, do something you love to do in that time...

When feeling so stress up on your work or life, I think the best way to do is to plan properly what you are gonna do. When feel so stress up cause sometimes we are so engross on thinking what to do next after you done a specific job. So in order to have that conflict and reduce stress, plan properly the things that you gonna do on that day. A well organize day well surely reduce stress that you are encountering. Well this one of the ways to reduce stress and there are a lot of kinds of stressors that we encounter everyday, so just sit for a while, think, plan and organize things. Have a nice day friend. Loosen up a bit on your self, the more you feel so stress up the more stress will build up.

Know oneself. For example: I know people do give me stress so I stay away from them as much as possible if I don't feel well (my health).
Plan/scedule your life. Not too much appointments on one day.. also scedule free time/relaxing time.
Know what will help relax you. Accept you are just a human being, so you don't have more hours in a day/night as other people have. Stop multi-tasking and pay attention to what you do. If you want to have something done? Ask a lazy person! A lazy person knows how to do something without investing much time/energy.
