getting paid to translate subtitles

Does anyone know an online service or company that charges translators to translate movies and series subtitles to persian or turkish? I searched the net but I couldn't find such subtitling company... but I've heard that there are companies out there that do so. If you know anything about it please tell me and give me the website address. Thank you
