Well lucky me I am in the office that the temperature here is much bearable than that outside or at home. I think the worst feeling is actually early in the morning when you are fast asleep. I can feel the sweat and you could not actually sleep anymore because of the discomfort. The fans are at time not helping anymore since the air blown at you is warm and not cool anymore.

just about everyone's complaint! unless you're in a building with centralized air conditioning, you can't really avoid to sweat with this scorching, sticky heat. as much as possible, i get to bath twice a day, before and after work, i drink lots of water and i don't eat heavy meals.

Its really hot here in the Philippines nowadays. Early in the in which the sun just rose up about 7am and it is already burning hot! Totally different from before as I could remember. And also one thing I have noticed in our weather nowadays when it is really hot sometimes it suddenly rains so hard. Our weather now is really to the extreme, when if it is hot it is totally hot, when it rains it is really a hard pouring rain. What is happening? Well anyways, the season is summer, just keeping a fresh ice cold drinks on the fridge to keep me alive on the hot weather and also staying cool on a airconditioned room. What a bum. Hehe

I have a in condition in our home. Apparently you don't have air condition. I don't have air condition in my car although I used to. I just put the window down a little ways. Of course, putting the windows down helps because you get a little
breeze as you drive. How about getting a few fans around the house. This is not as good as an air conditioner but it does help.

Hi friend, today is summer, it is normal if you feel hot and hot in your home, it is a good idea if you drink a lot of plain water than you drink ice cream or sugary drink, if you can get coconut water, you can drink it, because it can reduce your thirsty.

Each summer becomes increasingly hot. I am forced to wake up earlier than usual because the heat makes me uncomfortable and itchy all over.
I tried taking a bath twice in the day, morning and before going to bed. Used powder.
But the weird thing is when I worked out and sweat a lot, the itch stopped and I feel better after wards.
