Okay, this is the story. My facebook account was suspended yesterday at around 11:00 pm Philippine time.To be really honest I was disappointed with facebook because they have this reason that they suspended my account because they feel it was a fake account. The facebook team sent me an email about some instructions if I want to appeal and reactivate my account.I did what was told in the email I replied to their email with attachment of government issued id so that they can review if it was really me who is using my account.Someone might have reported my account to facebook and it's not fair on my part because I am the real owner of my account.

Oh that sounds very bad and i know u must be tensed about this. It is such a miserable condition where your account has been deleted without any fault of yours. I think u should have sent another mail to Face book asking the reason of deleting your account. I m sure they will take actions regarding this. Just stay firm and do not worry.

Sorry to hear about this.
I guess you are right, maybe someone reported your account.
But it's not one person who makes the report.
It needs fewer people to do the report thing before the Facebook team will suspend your account.
Hope everythings fine with your account now.

Sorry to hear about this. I've never heard of this before. Is there any way you can contact a manager of Facebook? Why not try to re-register and tell them on the form what had happened. Good luck to you. Let me know what happened. I'd really like to know.

Hi friend, sad to hear about this, don't worry as you mentioned you sent the real proof to them, hope they will reactivate your account. I wonder why fb admin is taking action with you? lot of fake accounts and pages are available in fb, in fact it is really hard to find all the fake accounts in fb, lot of persons have multiple accounts with this great site and doing lot of unwanted activities with it. Hope your problem will be solved soon and my wishes for it

Facebook did a Timeline upgrade this week and everything is screwy. Things not working right including people getting accounts suspended for dumb reasons. They know they have bugs in the system and they need to stop controlling everything. They do ignore and they don't care. Someone reports you try and friend them and lie so they can get you in trouble. This happened to me recently too and I had not tried to friend anyone in a long time but I do know who did it and who lied about it. FB listens to one side and not the other. They need to have a mediator checking into things instead of deciding you are guilty without proof.

I don't know that this is possible. Well, perhaps you can just make another account. I actually, cancelled my old account and make a new one so that I could go with friends who have the same interest as me.
Have a great day!

Maybe it's security measure? Someone perhaps hacked your account and used it for negative reasons. But I do think it is unfair to block or suspend someone's account without notice. Facebook should improve this security measures like sending notification first and then give the instructions for confirmation immediately. They should tell in detail what makes them "feel the account is fake". It is only applicable to celebrity posers. But I do know other "normal" people using other people's photos to look good. Like one of my friend's sister and my own cousin. Luckily they caught these posers and reported them immediately. It is a fear of shame and security so Facebook is making sure there's still safety and security to an online social site. Chin up Tipay26, you have your FB back, let's celebrate! ;)

Usually it takes many complaints and a lot of evidence. It was probably some idiot who DIDN'T have real accounts that reported you a lot.
