I had recently joined this group because in my 8 years of working for Walmart, I have noticed that some of the changes that the corporate office has made has gone from good to bad. I know at my store many people have gotten frustrated with the policies or the lack of people. I figured this was a good way to make a difference in the company morale for all associates. What do you all think of this group and have any of you joined it. All responses will be held in confidence. Thanks for responding.

Yes u are absolutely right, it is very important for an organization to win the confidence and faith of its customers. In fact i am glad that your company has made some changes in this regard. It is good that u have joined this group and i am sure your presence can make difference in the group.
