i am getting more serious in life

Our psyche ( soul-life ) is not only where we experience joy and happiness but also where we experience suffering. Whether we experience joy or suffering, these are particularly felt in the soul. The suffering sensed by the soul actually gives one a feeling of suffering. All the ridicule, persecution, and harm that we receive from others because we believe, serve and follow the Lord causes our soul to suffer. For example, Paul encountered many persecution from men and was imprisoned for the Lord's sake, the Lord delivered him out of the " the lion's mouth." and he also believed that the Lord would deliver him from every evil work.

Yes in life one has to accept the challenges also one cannot avoid them. Its all about how we face them and adapt our self in tough situations those who succumb easily to the situations don't know how to live life.

don't worry, things won't always be like this. it is a cycle of ups and downs. it should be changing soon.

There comes a time in everybody’s life when one has to get serious. One cannot behave like children for the entire life. During childhood, we are not at all serious. We always have fun. During teenage, we spend time dating and partying. It is only when we complete our college and start looking for a proper job, we realize that life is not just fun and games and frolic. Life is rough and tough and lot of seriousness is required.

I wish I could have more fun in my life as well. Too bad it usually takes money to have fun, which I do not have a lot of at all... Life is tough.
