Last night I went to the grocery and bought small shrimps, carrots and peas because I plant to cook chinese fried rice this morning. I skipped the chorizo ingredient because its a little bit expensive for such a small cut.
Anyhow, I've cooked this already. I started with suateeing the onions, garlic. Then I added the carrots and peas then the pre-cooked shrimps. I then added the 1 day old rice and seasoned with a little bit of soy sauce, fish sauce and oyster sauce. Stirred for 3 minutes and added finally the scrambled eggs.
I tasted it, and it tastes asian, but I think the chorizo would have added another level of flavor, it could have made it taste more chinese.
I can't wait for my husband to wake and taste my fried rice. I can't eat much as I am watching my carb intake. Good morning!

I never "cookk" for breakfast. I boil water and have a cup or two of coffee with either a piece of bread and butter or with something else on top. What you cooked for breakfast would be wonderful for me for lunch. Lunch is my main meal except when I invite friends for dinner.

That's what I usually eat, but my husband won't be satisfied with that, that's why I still cook breakfast for him.

This morning, I have prepared fried rice as well but I only added seasoning and scrambled egg to it. Then we had sunny-side egg with that and salted fish and coffee! Me and my husband ate that while our son had his oats with milk
