Do you remember childhood dreams?

Hi,dear mylotters.From childhood to adult,I have been busy with my studies and then ,my work and family.Have you ever been confused about the future?I don't know whether the way i choose to be a scientist now is right or not though i love my major.My first dream seems to have been buried by reality and gradually I forgot what i really want to pursue.
My friends,do you remember your original dreams?

Yes, I remember a few childhood dreams. Sometimes, I used to have nightmares. But there are also sweet nights on which I had wonderful dreams.
Once I dreamt a terrible dream in which a hideous being was chasing me on the stairs. I went running up the stairs in fright and the stairs never came to an end.
Once I dreamt that I was on a very beautiful island. The breeze was so cool. There was no heat. There were a few people around selling ice-creams and the ice-creams were so tasty. Never in my life had I tasted such wonderful ice-creams.

Childhood dreams are always so great and nice to think about,i mean that i hope i can still make it and realize this dream.Now it seems like it's going further and further.So i'm gonna make it again since saw your topic.lol,anyway,this keeps me motivated and nearer my goals.

that is great to have dreams. that is the base of our success and achieves. well, you should think well about what is really your desire and talent. if you really love to be a scientist and you feel being a scientist make a great happiness and pleasure in you then yes, go for it and that is why you have born for it. each of us are born with a special talent if we find that , we will be the most successful and happy one in this life and that is why we born for.
