Today I visited a web about health diet and found a ranking list on fruits pesticide residues. It is said that apple is the champion.Other fruits such as strawberry and peach also got higher rankings.I can't help worrying about that whether it is right to wash them only use water before eating.in my view, using pesticides is not a long-term effective measures to prevent the worms because it not only make insects become resistant but also threaten our bodies. so dear mylotters, what are you thoughts on this?

My brother, a chemist, told me that I should peel fruits if I didn`t want to eat pesticides. I have fun eating apricots from my apricot tree because I don`t use pesticides. And while it is true that some apricots get damaged by insects and birds, that is better than to eat poison.
