this is a serious problem about my USB

haist :( i do not know what happened with my laptop. my usb is not working well in it. i mean, when i open my file - a warning will pop-up and gone like this; E:\ is not accessible.. when it happened, i will restore using back up of my laptop and it goes well. but the next time i will insert my usb, i will encounter the same problem again. i already troubleshoot it but it cannot be fixed. i also downloaded usb reader as what the problem suggested me to do. but it is not working. i do not know what to do now. i guess, i need to reformat this laptop of mine. but that is a serious task to do. i cannot even restore my laptop the way it way it was, it asked me a password but to my dismay, i forgot it maybe for i tried possible passwords but all of it were not working.
do you have the same problem you experienced like mine. what did you do? please share because i am not desperate :(

Your computer might not configuring the usb right. When you plug your usb into you xbox for instance you have to configure it so it can take in xbox files. So when you plugged into your other laptop it probably configured it to that laptop. Then when you plugged it back in it didn't configure. And that is the problem. How old is your computer both of them. One of them could be a usb 2.0 and the other one could be usb 3.0. So it configured to 3.0 and 2.0 one does not know what to do.

yes, i guess so! it is because when i inserted it in another pc, it worked well. but i do not think that the defect of it was of the usb's settings. i guess it is because i remove the security of the laptop when i will going to insert a usb to be more faster. i guess, it is the initiative of it or in the system that it will disable the access of any usb or usb chord when plug to it. i will try what you said to me, if i find something went wrong going on again ;) i am glad that all get back to normal again ;) thanks

Congrats that the issue is fixed for now but for the safer side you can go to some near laptop store for checking the correct issue who will let you know the correct solution for the same. May be if this again persist you have the solution :))) Take care

oh yes, seems i found out the problem but i am not hundred percent sure. i need some test maybe this one will work out without hassle anymore. yes, if there is nothing i can do about to fix it all by now, i really need to go the experts and let them fix it. but i am hoping it will get fix and that i am right with what i found. so thanks for joining here and for the suggestion :)

laptops and pc s have many problems ,technically or program faults.
if you dont learn how to fix,you need to pay all the time.
i was really desperate before,but now after many experiences i am like a pro now.
i think usb problem comes from inside of pc.
so you maybe cant fix it so it needs repairmen.
but if you have some problems about viruses and programs,i can help you.
i am good at that things.

yay! i agree with you, if you do not know how to fix little problems in your pc, you need to hire technician to fix the problem. wow, huh! good for you that you know now how to troubleshoot your pc. it is really necessary for us to know what to do in times of trouble to save for money as for payment you need to give to the technician if in simple problem you will need assistance from other person.

Well, using USB there is a rule that should be respected, even if unfounded belief that few do. The rule would be the safe removal of hardware plugged into the USB port of the device.
I know of two people to whom that has burned the USB port to get it done this maneuver without safely removing the hardware.
Now I do not mean that your problem is similar, perhaps with reformatting, it could fix, but I'm not sure anyway.
I hope not, for you. But if you had burned a USB port, there are no other alternatives that carry your netbook in technical assistance.

it is kinda crazy, don't you know - it is now working while few hours ago it was not. haist! i hope i can figure out what is the real problem. i guess it has to do something with the setting of my pc. i just do not know where to find it and configure it right then. all of my usb do the same performance. even the usb chord when i transferred pictures to the pc from the camera. desperate now! i will find out what is really happening or else i need an expert technician about this to solve the problem and to fix it if there is a problem to it. gosh!

I too, will feel desperate whenever I face computer issues.
I am so sorry for not able to help you fix your problem as I am not good at computer stuff 
. All my computer problems are being resolved by my children and I am glad to have them for rescue when in need

thanks emily. at least you showed up for a moral support. i guess, some of our friends will give advice on what to do to fix this problem of mine. i am not so good in hardware or either software fixations of computers. i guess, i need to enrich this for i plan to take up software and hardware debugging short course. it is okay ems... i can figure it out or else, i will hire a good technician to fix this one :) thanks

I think problem not in usb but in your. Just scan for viruses, if doesn't work format E/ drive.

gosh that would be the last option i should take or make. i have lots of files saved on this. i guess, i installed a software program that complicates this universal bus to open. i will figure it out and hopefully soon. thanks for the advice. if i have no choice at all, i will do your recommendation to me :) thanks a lot
