Is On the spot death is good solution for rapist?

I agree with you ! Even inside a family , still daughters are very dangerous. The world is this dirty that we turned to be a paranoid as to whom to trust or not. That is why we must be very careful especially with little ones who can't fight for themselves yet ! Putting on the spot to the rapist is but so justifiable , sorry to say this but if there is a punishment more than this , i think that is what the rapist deserved. They are no longer human being but a beast. So they are so dangerous to everyones welfare therefore they need to be kept. They don't deserved to live in this world ,maybe they deserved a different world , not this world and not this lifetime.

Well the rapist should be punish a bad people always around,watching and spying whom they will be deceive and do bad things. Not good,we should not live alone kids,or walk alone in the streets and anywhere and must have someone with.

I feel ever so sorry for the 5 year old little girl. There is no excuse for doing that sort of thing to anyone. It is evil abuse and the man shouldn't have attacked the minor like that. I don't understand why pieces of candle and a small bottle were found inside her. The man was violent to her like he was trying to strangle her. I imagine he might be hung for such a grave crime. I don't believe in capital punishment. What a nasty criminal!

I agree no one should be trusted when it comes to the safety of our children! I did not trust any one with my children I was a very jealous mum and still am even now they are adults. But and this is a big but...I do not agree with capital punishment you kill the person and the guilt is gone...let the person live it's own miserable life to the end and that my friend is real punishment!

I was shocked to red the news! It also said that the rapist had fled. I would not kill him on the stop: that would be too easy. Although I don`t normally agree with the "eye for an eye" idea, in this case I think that an exemplary punishment is needed. Don`t ask me what king of punishment. But the news of it should be made known.

If I would have been a leader, I would never let them die so easily. Rather I would torture them extremely and would post all those recordings in youtube for everyone to watch so that all the rapists would caught fear from doing those things. I should not tell this,but don't you think all the congress ruled states OR congress supported states are more prone to this type of rapist issues, say it delhi or punjab or UP , etc. or anything else. i am not saying others are safe, but these states has more no. of criminals What do you think ?
