Unnatural Work Create too Much Stress.

I have read this thought some where i do not know the meaning of this.Specailly "Unnatural work". i alway think about this though and wonder what would be term unnatural means here.What kind of work falls under this category "unnatural work".

I know u must be confused about this term and as far as my knowledge goes, unnatural work means tension or unnecessary thoughts that can come at any time and would distract us. such thoughts tend to be negative for us that wont allow us to focus on our goals.
