Why Don't "Causes"-Users Add to the Personal Message when They Invite Others?

Facebook's "Causes" allows people to gather others who might like to sign the same sorts of petitions, and includes a function by which they can invite others to sign these petitions. When the members send a petition invite, they are given space to add a personal message before the invite is sent to their friends' Facebook-pages. However, the 'default text' they are GIVEN in the personal-message space is 1) the ONLY part of the invite that shows up in email-alerts (for those who receive email-alerts for all posts made to their pages), & B) the 'default text' is applicable to ANY petition---something like 'This is a petition I really believe in. I hope you'll come sign it.' What a lie! If the people really cared, THEY WOULD CHANGE THE DEFAULT TEXT! Why don't they?

Even I used to get causes on fb, but I never noticed any of them. May be because, I just use fb to chat with friends..
