Damn It! I'm Too Tired To Get Up!

Don't you hate it when you are comfy in bed but you need to pee. I woke early this morning wanting to go but I changed my position in bed, and it didn't feel so bad anymore. I fell asleep again but when I woke up in another hour, I had to go even more. I knew that I had to go but I was trying to fight it haha. I lay there thinking that I can hold it and the feeling will just go away but deep down I know this wont happen. Why do we fight it when we know that taking a few steps to the bathroom, doing our thing and coming back will make us feel a lot more comfortable so we can sleep again? I hate this feeling so much. Are you are fighter or do you just get up like a trooper and do your thang? Happy MyLotting. ~AussieGal~

I had to get up in the middle of the night, 2 times and I didn't like that, but I had to go to the batheroom, so there was nothing to do, but get out of bed and go.

Hello TLilly! As much as it is annoying to get out of bed, it just has to be done or you would be tossing and turning lol Thank you very much for answering. :)

I try to avoid getting up in the middle of the night as much as possible because sometimes I can't go back to sleep immediately. I went through that for months earlier this year-it got my sleep patterns all screwed up!

Hello scorpiobabes! I know what you mean. I hate when that happens. Whether its me getting up going to the toilet, or the phone rings or some noise wakes me up. It can be very difficult getting back to sleep sometimes. Very annoying. Thank you very much for answering. :)

I get that feeling a lot and I actually do try to fight it but like you said, might as well just get up and get it over and done with! :)

Hi AussieGal13, I think the 'solution' to your 'problem' is not to drink too much water or drink anything and make sure you empty your bladder before you go to sleep. Seems like common sense but you'll be mildly surprised that people almost always don't heed this and as a result they need to deal with this 'problem' when they so much want to sleep a little bit longer. Have a comfortable day.

lol no one wants to leave the bed, but for pee and poo one has to run to toilet, there is no way left, if one holds the pee to much it will be done on the bed itself. I am diabetic so i run at least twice . Seems you were bit lazy.

Have experienced also when i still want to bury my self in bed and the bladder keeps on telling my brain to release what's inside . I am so annoyed in this situation for when i get up from bed , i could hardly go back to sleep then.

Yes, I fighter as well, as long as I can hold it. be careful then when you hold it too long, I almost peed in bed one time, because I dream that I was swimming. LOL

ahahahahahahahaha i cannot believe that. We must be family AussieGal. I do this especially if it's cold and im warm in my bed chillin, sleepin whatever. The worst thing is when you wake up needing to go but just end up fallin asleep again. Only to wake up an hour or two later REALLY needing to go. haha Ohh im a fighter. But i also know the feeling when i go through the hardship of getting up and doing my thing and come back and lay down again feeling All Relieved. hahahaha i think we're just lazy a$$ people :P

Hello LegalAlien! haha! Well it was very early in the morning and it was cold so that was some of the reason why I did t want to get up. :P lol yeah that is what happened to me. But I didn't want to budge! I was too comfortable. Oh yeah I can be lazy so I think I would fit into that category. :p Us lazy people must work together! Thank you very much for answering. :)

Hi AussieGal! I can relate! Hahaha! It happens to me usually during afternoon naps. I already settled my self in the bed. Really, really ready to sleep. Closing the eyes is all I need and SUDDENLY! Hahaha! Have to go, have to go, have to go... I certainly not a fighter because the pee is stronger and I would still succumb later on. So I wouldn't like to be disturb in the middle of sleep, so better get up. Like a true trooper. Thanks for the discussion! ;)

OMG! I experienced that too! I feel so lazy to go to the comfort room just to urinate, I still want to lay in my bed and sleep. I'am a fighter, but i cant control the urge, also, we must urinate, hehe, otherwise if we keep holding it, we'll find ourselves peeing in our bed. kiddin. The best way is to drink less water at night, that might solve the problem.
