Acne pigmentation?

Hey guys, I am sure i am not the only one with this issue, but i kind of need help. I have been recently getting alot of pits on my skin near my cheeks, a bad way to describe it, but like mini craters, there is nothing in them, just skin, but i feel like if i apply make up it is going to clog them and cause acne, if it is not cleaned out properly. I used to suffer from alot of acne, still do, but not as much, and that is why i have super pigmented acne marks. Now that i have confused you guys, so you know anyways to 1. decrease the pits? 2. decrease the pigmentation? I just dont know any product that will decrease either efficiently. I have used home rememdies, but i feel like they are just too slow and take alot of time to work. Thank you for advices in advanced!
