Little Excercise will help you to stay healthy

Now a days i see alot of people find them selves over weight, lazy, and a couch potato. This is because they dont do any kind of out door activity which involves a little bit of stretching of muscles. What happens to these people who dont do any kind of out door activities or any kind of little excercise is that slowly they start to get over weight. They become lazy and Fat. Excercise is very important for kepping your body active. No body likes to be fat and every one wants that kind of a body which they see on the cover models of some magazines or bill boards. They dont know people who they see as a modell have done lots of hard work to get that kind of a body. Every journey begins with small steps. Doing little exercise will not only help you by being active but also helps u not to get over weight. Which means you will look smart in clothes and even without clothes :-). Excercise wont make u a model in a day or in a month but when u keep on doing it you will definitly see a positive change both in your physique an in mental alertness. So it means Excercise is the key way to stay healthy:)

Yup Excercise is the key to healthy living. The little excercise you do regularly has a lot of benefits. So every one should do a little bit of excercise inorder to stay fit and healthy.

I never realize the importance of the physical exercises and nourishing food to health untill doctor annouced severe problems of my knee joints. yet over-walking and climbing the hills will be prohibited due to my illness.yet over-weight will increase over-load of my knees joints thus aggravate the symptom. Can any slight but beneficial exercises be recommended to improve my health condition? I am quite worried about my healthy condition.

I agree with much of what you said. All it takes is small steps, but so many people aren't willing to put in the time and effort to become healthier. People don't realize that good health is the definition of real wealth. When you feel better, it makes you want to do more, and that involves all aspects of life.

you are right we need to move more I try to get out and walk for an hour each day if I can depends on the weather
