You can always place punctuation marks at different location of your fancied password. Then, switch the position with each periodic change without having to change your entire password.
My advice here is - NEVER WRITE THEM DOWN

Hi,
I have a very complicated password I need to write it down so I won't be able to forget it. It takes time though to log on to my accounts, using different passwords for each one of them but I can rest assured it cannot be hacked by anybody. I also change it every week using six letters and numbers combinations, lower and uppercase letters, not one of them is familiar nor easy to memorize.

No you aren't stupid :D
i did stuff like this before,
but to make a good password, just use both upper case and lower case letters along with numbers and symbols, like, my facebook password before was - ASqw12!@
and my account was not hacked for like 3 years :P till i changed it myself :D
