What do YOU do when feel angry ?

Many people say that do not get angry at all.I feel they are very lucky people as anger is very destructive.you know that this anger will not help you any way.what you do in order to control it in a good way?

anger comes on its own n goes on its own.whenit comes,express it n finish it off.we tend to cling on to it.isnt it?that s detrimental.all these -ve emotions come to us when our pran level s low.get up early in the morning, do some strechng exercise,yoga ,meditation.drink 2-3 l of water,eat fresh fruits ,salads,enjoy ur work,studies.listen to relaxing music,develop hobbies.all these wil keep u away from anger.

Well it depends person to person,
when it comes to me, i always either fight with my pillow, i know this is childish but this helps me alot to calm down.
Other method i use is talking to myself,
than comes my best way of getting calm.
It is making sketches, i am making sketches from past 6 years and whenever i am angry or sad i start making sketch.
WHAT I WANT TO SAY IS USE YOUR HOBBIES TO KILL YOUR ANGER.

Well yes u are absolutely right, anger is very destructive always and when in anger we speak out some words that might hurt others, also our actions when we r angry might not go well with others, i am not saying that we should not get angry but we should learn to control our anger as much as possible.
