Friendship or Something??

Well, I have this friend who's the one who started communicating with me. Eventually, he was my schoolmate from high school and also my crush back then. He's acting friendlier than I thought, which of course I consider as how he really treats his friends, I don't want to assume anything with this sudden friendship with my high school crush. Here it is: He chatted my sister knowing that it was me; He called me upon learning my number at times he had signal in the seas or any land they dropped by(He works as a SeaMan/Marine Officer); He asked so many questions about me like trying to know me better?; He told me to take care, behave myself and be a good girl; He wants to meet me up when their ship arrives; He wants to have bonding moments with me like going back together in the province, wandering around, etc; He tells me stories about everything - him, his family, his future plans, the past and I even learned that I am also one of his crushes during High school; He even cracks jokes at me as if we're a couple like that; and many other things which really makes me feel something. Right, I'm confused of what he's up to. Well, I really don't know either what to think of him and his actions/behavior towards me. But somehow, I felt a little sort of pinch when he asked my former classmate's number, and of course I give it to him because, really I have no other things in my mind, I'm just being friendly and everything you know.. Mylotter friends, you think he's into me or he's just that friendly type or he's just up to something for I have connections with, like having a go with my former classmate? Really, he confuses me. :)
