Have you ever encountered a ghost?

I bet somebody had a good laugh at realizing that he or she freaked all 3 of you. Something like that, I bet there's a good explanation. I have a mole in my eye, and when I was young, I was always told that I'd see ghosts. It freaked me out a bit, but it always made me brace myself whenever I was in the dark where ghost could possibly be. But I never saw one. Maybe it freaked the ghosts out seeing that I was always ready to see them.

Right after I was divorced I lived in an apartment...we had many strange encounters....one being that at night a light would shine out of a closet where I never had a light bulb in the socket....lights in the kitchen would be turned on like the one over the sink which had a chain and you had to climb up on a cupboard to turn it on. We could go for supper in the kitchen and leave a can of pop on a table and come back in the room and it had been moved. We were very glad to leave that apartment. Several years later I met a woman whom had bought the house and she was telling me several things about what happened when they tried to turn it into a one family home again. They never finished it..they got rid of it as fast as they could.

If your experience was actually ghostly, then it would have been very creepy. A lot of times our mind plays tricks on yourself. Especially after hearing stories about a place being haunted and such. I have encountered ghosts, I don't want to encounter them again. I'm a huge chicken when it comes to that sort of thing. I have seen the previous owners of my parents home, or I should say they showed themselves to me. I have seen things I don't know what it was. I have seen a civil war soldier at a battle field. My daughter sees them like she sees every day people, and that's creepy. She's the reason I don't like going outside at night. I used to have this lady walk around my property and stand on my porch. I have had two people verify seeing her. I have actually seen the shadow form of her walking near my neighbors house. According to my daughter, every once in awhile soldiers walk around the wood line behind our house and down the road. My house sits very close to a battle field, so if you have the sense, you will see and hear things. No, it's not neat, except for the history, lol.

Nope I've never encountered anything like that. We always blame any weird stuff around the house on the wind, the cats, the kids, or if it's odd we always say Hi Grace (the former owner of our house). Typically it's just stuff being banged around usually the front screen door if no one latched it and the wind is blowing bang bang bang is all one hears.

i heard plenty of stories about spooky matters. i just listened to it but i am not saying that i believe it fully. but still, it is an interesting story to hear. i guess, ghosts really exist. i had an experience way back ago. in the philippines, during Easter Sunday, we used to wake up early at dawn to go to the church. then i programmed myself to wake up early too in order for me to get along with my friends and neighbors. i heard the dogs barking, so i thought it was just my friends. but is get up and glanced outside the window, i saw a black lady wearing a long black dress. what she did was that, he paced the basketball court back and forth and vice versa. she did not even moving her head, she just walked across the basketball rings. i shook my sister so that she will get up and could see what was in the outside during that time. she saw it also, from time to time we sneaked and popped our head to see her until last time, we did not see her no more. that was spooky - yay! and in your case, if it were true; i may collapse and will not get up if i were you during that time. it could be someone is playing a trick on you for nowadays, life is a changing world and of technology. i guess, the computers in where you are working are being networked locally. like what happened in the office before, no one was printing but to our shocking experience, we were amazed that there is a hardcopy produced in the printer. but since we have a little knowledge about this networking and the attitude of the guy who did it, those shocking experience did not last for we knew that it was him who made fun of us. hmm

That was creepy! I didn't see or feel any ghost encounter yet and I am not wishing to have an experience with them. I am very scared on things like supernatural.

I have never had an experience with ghosts that I know of. That is pretty scary. I can't imagine being alone and hearing someone talking or seeing them walk by. I'd probably cry lol. At least with the computer thing you weren't alone. You should have turned your story in to one of those paranormal investigators. Maybe they'd come and check it out.

OMG....I don't believe any of that stuff either but if I had seen that I would have been completely freaked out!

When I was about 16 or 17 I went down to my basement to put a load of clothes in the washer. When I approached the machine there standing between the washer and the boiler was a female figure dressed in all yellow from head to floor. I dropped the basket and ran up the stairs screaming. My parents said I was white as a ghost. Yes, that is because I just saw a ghost. My dad ran down to see what was there but of course it was gone by then. I will never forget that. Now years later I think it might have been my guardian angel. If she came to me like that again I would hope I would scream but in brace the experience.

Hi, It was very horrible experience. But I never have such experience of ghost. I don't believe on ghost. I think it could have been the owners playing a trick on you.

I don't know,may be all of us are ghosts.Maybe the ghosts are the real people from the past.They might be thinking of us as Ghosts. Did you get it? Ghosts can only be seen at certain places,those places could be time portals through which we could see them,we can't touch them or anything only see what they are doing.Since they are not from this universe they might appear to be floating,because the gravity only affects things from this universe. But I dont know how they pulled off that computer trick.

ohmy! That's tooo creepy! and yes, i think i do, only that i was half awake when it happened, so im not sure. i do believe they exist though. ehhh, watch out, you'll never know someone is standing at your back and staring at you the whole time! ran for your life! lols, kidding. stay safe my dear. tc.
