Feels Like I Just Got Up

Even though I have been up and at it for over three hours, I still feel like I just got up. That makes for a long day. I did take time out and went for a short walk and that didn't help. Solution:deal with it. Well I am not letting it get to me. I will continue as if it was a normal day. Happy Sunday to everyone.

I have days like that all of the time. It is not fun at all. My entire weekend was blown out of the water and I did not get enough sleep so I was a walking zombie on Monday afternoon. I hope the feeling goes away and does not come back for both of us!

Maybe a little nap is in order? It doesn't have to be a long one just a half hour which basically is a power nap. Sometimes it works and sometimes (rarely) it doesn't. Its worth a try! Happy Sunday to you too.

It is now evening and I have had a very lazy day and slept for a few hours today so not much time to respond on Mylot. What your post suggests to meis that you are tired and need some rest or stop all tigether for a day or two. Take care of your health

It probably wouldn't hurt for me to take a bit of time off. I went to bed early last night and was up at five this morning. At times I think I get too much sleep and other times not enough. I need to get in the routine of taking my vitamins. I hate tpo take polls but I need them.

This has been a nice and lazy Sunday for me. My eldest daughter invited me to her house for a visit. She came to pick me up to have breakfast at her house and, knowing her, I secretly took a breakfast here as well. We had breakfst at 11:30 and a big luch at abot 5:00 PM. We talked, she sewed and I knited and I made the arrangements with my grandson about where we`d meet for a concert I invited him on Wednesday. I came back at ) PM with a lot of my knitting done and very happy.

Sounds like you had a good day. I ended up getting a lot done around here. The vine on the fence needed trimmed so I started on it. There is a lot of fence and a super amount of vine. I got more packing done and quire a bit on the computer. After I came to life things started going better. I love to knit. I taught myself when I was 10.
