In the older times, women were considered to be the one taking care of the children, and the husband takes care of the work and expenses. But now men and women are treated equal. Women are also working. There are some mentioned in the internet to be the one of the many jobs for women. For you, what is the best job for women?

There was a time when women were totally dependent on a man. Then all they could do was either teaching or maid work. Now days they can do anything they are suited to do.

I think it's not a broad question. I am just asking for opinions of what jobs are best for women.

Thanks for commenting.
I agree with financial advisor, human resource manager, market research analyst, and all except software engineer. It's hard to be program a software for me because it requires a lot of analysis.

the one where she is in control of her own destiny. I wouldn't mind seeing women in politics and other male dominated fields if that is her desire, but I would love to see that a woman gets paid without discrimination and the fact that she is a woman, TOP DOLLAR for her work. I have worked in jobs and the woman gets funky pay and have to raise a family on that and to me, that isn't fair.

yup, nowadays most of women have their own job career. even some of them have better job carreer than men. they not only get better position in the company but also earn more money than them. but it brings bad indication such as being home rarely so they lose intimacy with their children or spouse. they will lose precious moments of children growth. they are also being far away from their husbands. some of them even decide to divorce cos lack of communication which causing lack of intimacy and romance. but for women who arent married, it's no problem at all. they can spend 24/7 by working. what is the conclusion? i think it' better for women to stay at home taking care of family. let men do 'earning money' job. i know my opinion sounds so conservative but i have principal that good or bad a family is depend on the woman (or wife or mother). ask every child, which one they prefer: a working mom or mom stays at home. i bet modt of children prefer the second. lol.

yeah i realize that todays daily needs are very demanding. i mean we should eran much money to live properly. if only husband who has job, sometimes it's not enouh to earn for daily living. everything turns sk expensive recent days. so some mothers decide to have job too to earn money so the family will have enough money to live. though children will be affected with this situation cos it is children nature to be with their parent during their growth. so if they cant get that attention, they will lose some parts of their personality (as i know, children will become very naughty without mom beside them).

Thanks for commenting. Moms also want to earn money because they want to have their own savings. Emergency money that they can use for their own and also for the family.

Yeah. If I already have a wife, I also prefer to let her stay at home and take care of the children if we have substantial income. I can have our business at home and let her handle it. She can be with the kids or if she wants to work in a office then good. It will be my wife's choice.

I think the best would be like an events coordinator. Moms are the best multi-tasker, and being involved in such business would surely be a piece of cake. Actually, it is one of the businesses that I hoped doing.

I can say what is the best job for a women because it'll depend on that women and her personality as well as her likes. For myself the best job as a women is being a mom. Yes I stay home and take care of my kids but that was my choice and its what I wanted. My kids are my life and its deferentially something that only a women that wants to do should do. If she wants to be a working mom the that is wha she should do.

Women can do any job that a man can do, except doing construction or hard labor work. Other than these two, women can practically do anything depending on their skills. In fact, they can take any job they want as long as their skills and capabilities fit in the requirements needed :)

That is the nature of which how the man and the woman were created. Men are strong beings in terms of labor, and women are more emotional and what they say is feminine.

That isn't fair to say! Men and women are equal and it is not appropriate to eliminate specific jobs based on strength requirements. I know many women stronger than men.

equal rights and oppurtunities for both men and women. whatever a man can do, a woman can. i don't feel there is a specific job suited for a woman. it would depend on her training and her interests. whatever suits her best, if she is qualified to do it, then it will be a good job for her.

Yeah. But in our country, starting nurses offer less salary. Some of my friends are nurses but some of them chose another route in their career.

I think the world still has a fair way to go before women are truely regarded as equal in the workplace. Even if a company is unlikely to say they chose a male over a female it still happens. Women seem to have moved into desk and sales jobs from what I have seen. Not so many into manual labour positions. Whether this is their choice or due to ongoing discrimination in the workforce I don't know.
Women should simply go for the employment that suits them, this usually means something that they will enjoy, just the same as the reason men should seek out employment opportunities.
Firstly if you do not have the right skills consider either accepting a lower position to gain the necessary skills or take on some additional training before applying to your dream job as rejection can be rather disheartening.
Other than all that just go for what you want and don't stop until you get it, as with everything in life!

I know for sure there is still discrimination in the workplace but not like the past where women only considered to be housewives. Yeah. One should start low and see if the present job can help you gain skills needed for the dream job that you want.

I guess the best work for women in these days are as a call center agent. It is really in demand nowadays and it really pays high. Next is in a broadcasting industry. I guess , it is better also if they are in a hotel and in a restaurant. The tip is very high there. lol

Being call center agents have good salary and there's a bonus if your performance is great. Being in a broadcasting company is also good. Either using voice or talent to work is very enjoyable.

Women can do any job men can do so I would like to see a lot more female construction workers working on the jobsites as part of the crew. Women working the jack hammers, putting up drywall, constructing staircases and door frames, doing the roof work, welding girders on high rise buildings etc. As equal genders I would like to see this and the prejudice against women construction crew workers to cease and desist immediately.
