What do you think should happen to the Boston Bomber?

It has been a very difficult few days for America and for the city of Boston in particular, but at last the young man is in custody and his brother is dead. People can now breathe a sigh of relief - at least for the time being. As I understand it at the moment, he is now in serious condition in hospital and the police may never get a chance to question him. My question today is what do you think should happen to him, if he makes a complete recovery? Should he get the death penalty? Should he be ignored and left to spend the rest of his life in prison? Is there perhaps another and better way for us to treat such people in the twenty-first century? Are we learning from the past or sticking to the same old ways? Do you have any suggestions? Feel free to voice your opinions.

Considering the tragic and horror they both have caused, they deserve the capital punishment but not before this remaining suspect is found guilty. At the same time, it would be good that the various security agencies will make up and redeem themselves by going all the way after the mastermind behind this attack.
I am sure America must not forget to bring the real ones to justice, it is the only way the families and victims will have a real closure.

I think if he is proven to be guilty then he should suffer the consequence of the crime. But I do not think they acted on their own. I still suspect there are others behind this that prompted this brothers to do this crime. So I think FBI should investigate further and not stop on the brothers alone.

Well, I really think that there are others behind this terrible act of violence and religion plays a great role again. We need to find out if the story still has a second chapter because is hard for me to believe that they acted alone. When are people going to understand that our Supreme Being is a God of love and not hate.

I think the authorities should interrogate him when he fully recovered.Bring him to a psychiatrist and do some further research on his background.Let the litigators and lawyers do their job in judging him as well.
