I don't know what you are eating, but you might try figuring out if there is something in your food that you use every time. It may be causing your headaches. I know when I used to eat corn, I had a headache all the time. The continual headaches ended when I took corn out of my diet and now, when I do get into corn, I have a much more violent reaction.

There are actually several reasons why someone experiences headaches after eating. Hypertension is one of them. What I suggest is for you to have it checked. Maybe it's nothing, or maybe it's something that needs medical help. It's not really safe to self-diagnose. Let those who are more knowledgeable examine it.
