I agree with you. Inexpensive clothes can look as great as expensive clothes. It's really about the style and quality of the clothes you wear. If you're a smart buyer, you could spot great quality clothes at a much lower price. And we must also remember that how the clothes fit us is equally important. Looking smart also means that clothes are not too tight or not to loose for us. Even expensive clothes, if they're not the proper size, wouldn't make a person look smart.

I guess wearing inexpensive clothes is a lot better than wearing your old shabby clothes. Shabby clothes give the impression of poorness. Great and good clothes do not have anything to do with the cost of the clothes. I often come across people of the same management level in a company. One of them is a simple man, while another one seem to love wearing expensive clothes. When they sit next to another, I don't see the low quality of the man who wear inexpensive clothes. What do you say about it?

There are times that I can buy clothes from second hand shops which are equally good as the expensive ones.

Yes, second hand clothes are also worth buying as long as they are not shabby. Second hand jeans are better when you have them from charity shop, for instance. People say that the older the jeans look, the better and sexier you look. Is that true?

Heya yanza,
Expensive clothes sometimes their fashion can be quite horrible at least here I find that the more expensive shops have a kind of style that I do not like.
But then the much cheaper clothes can be quite as bad.
Its a question of landing on the right shop or the right place to shop.
Now I find that buying one item one place and another in totally different place is the only to get what you want.
Expensive dresses here for example I cannot imagine anyone who could fit into them at all and I am not overweight at all but because we are all different measurements it must be a daunting task now if anyone is like me.
I like good clothes but if before you could go to say just one store and find almost everything it seems that you have to do a tour of at least three towns.
Better to take it with a sense of humour as well.
Looking glamorous is a question of choosing your own style and sticking with it no matter what.
Cheaper clothes can do the trick its just what I am trying to say its just finding some nice ones.
Difficult for me because I do not like the colour grey or slate grey or those black and white patterns either.
I like a dress with some shape in it not straight up and down that sort of thing.
xxx

Some of the reasons people choose expensive clothes are that there competitions among them as they work in the same organization for instance. Each want to show off their expensive clothes or shoes. The more expensive clothes they wear the more glamorous and prestigious they are. The clothes they wear when we compare them to the ones worn by people outside the organization, they don't show great difference at all, whereas the clothes are inexpensive.

Yes I have worked in several places where that sort of thing was going on like look who is wearing the best shoes and skirt and all that.
However once I bought a great pair of shoes for next to nothing and they were all dumbfounded and wanted to know if I had got them from the best Store in Town and me with a big smile from ear to ear said no but I did get them from a good shop which in itself was true.
But it was a Shop that they never would have dreamed buying anything from you see.
Little secret I kept to myself and a few others of course.
I managed to be stylish without emptying all my pockets.xxx

Good bro, thank for your response. What I want to try to tell here is that both cheap and expensive clothes can give better impression on your personality. In a glance, cheap and expensive ones just look the same thing, and people do not notice that.

Cheap clothes will not probably last long, I guess. So, if you choose to wear them, make sure you know when to get new ones. I mean, don't wait till they become shabby. Am I right, bro?

Even expensive clothes will look bad if it's not suitable for your body. Even inexpensive clothes may look good. Shape a person's body is different, and not all clothing is suitable for each body shape. Therefore, you must be good at recognizing body shape and clothing fit for you in order to look perfect and smart.

If there are two similar things in appearance, which is in a glance you cannot tell the difference, I would choose the one with lower in price, especially if the difference in price is very big. What about you? Would you do the same?

That's great, then. Many people feel humble if they choose inexpensive one, so they try hard to buy expensive ones, although they don't have enough money.

I will choose the inexpensive one of course ;)
If the quality and the appearance is about the same, why should I choose the expensive one?

You are right. Although you wear expensive ones, if you don't know how to get dressed, you may look worthless. So, knowing how to dress plays an important role in how you look.

I'd like to think looking nice and well dressed doesnt have to cost an arm and a leg. I like to get all my clothes at a discount, at discount stores of course. One way to get "better qualty" clothes is to shop at thrift stores. I figure most people like to buy clothes at higher end stores then i do, so i think they're hand-me-downs are probably better "quality" then the stuff i buy brand new. I worked at a convention where i needed a white shirt, most if my white shirts were kind of old or didn't fit right so i went to a thrift store and bought one, funny thing is i later found out quite a few if the ladies i worked with at the convention did the samething! I think some of us got our shirts at the same thrift store! So. I think most people are on the same page when it comes to looking good while saving a few dollars.

White shirts should be replaced sooner than other clothes of different color. When white shirt look a bit shabby, they will destroy the whole meaning that when you find a spot or defect on your white shirt, this will affect your performance. So, having it replaced is what you can do to improve or maintain your look.

Having the highest class of branded clothes may define your richness but not your intelligence. Smart people doesn't always have creative or practical minds. Practicality is important, nowadays. Cheap clothes can be reproduce in a creative look and can maybe more beautiful that those highest class of branded clothes. In my opinion, it is good to have branded clothes but never compare it to those cheap clothes because they may not be equal in quality, type, brand, or whatsoever but they are both useful to many people like us.

Yes I agree that in order to look smart and stylish, we don't need to spend so much money on clothes. Good clothes are important but we don t need cash out lots of money to get the good ones.
