hello friends all over the world :)
i have a good news for you all,at least i am happy; my usb or i set back good the setting of the laptop to its normal security again. so the problem was like this - the laptop is not recognizing any gadget or usb's attached to it because it protected the unwanted programs or even viruses that it may cause damages to the system programs or drivers. so now, i have no problem about for now.
for my friends, thanks for the tips. those are all counted and value it all :)

It is to be noted that when we are NOT using a brand new USB (from any other source) it is better to run for a virus check up. Mostly if you have installed an virus scan software it automatically detect the virus (if the software is not outdated) and you can take necessary action if anything found. So precaution is always better in these cases.

Hi good morning Miss,
That's right. If you don't have an in-built bluetooth, you may have it to be connected as an external one called USB dongle something like. However, the funcations of bluetooth can be managed by doing so.
thank-s

what do you mean by this thanks? i mean there is a bluetooth software installed in this laptop beforehand. but does it mean, although it has a software, it will not work because there is no built-in bluetooth in this gadget?

thanks for the compliment my friend. it is because i do not want to reformat the system of this laptop for i will start again in familiarizing the software herein and downloading again what is missing. you know i just ordered this laptop out of this country from a computer shop and that not all programs were installed during that time. and i do not have money for hiring a technician to do it. so as long as i can make it, i find solutions to it. and i am so grateful that it worked and it is good for me :) thanks much :)

Well, luckily my prediction (perhaps a bit tragic) was totally inaccurate. Remember when I was talking about the fact that you burned a usb port?
Thank goodness it was not!
All in all there was a protection that prevented the passage of unwanted data. You could bypass the problem. Now you've got everything working, I'm happy for you!
Take care!

i accepted all the tips given to me by our respective friends here in mylot. but as i decided, i must do something else before applying what they suggested me. and then by God's grace, i tried one thing to solve the problem and it is all about the gadget's security. since, i allowed any usb/usb cord to be inserted here and open it without prior password, the system itself locked or disallowed any external disks to play or to be opened in this laptop. i guess, it shows my ignorance haha! but is it okay, i learned my lesson and returned what it has to be at first setting of this device :) thanks

Great to hear. USB drives are the number one cause for most viruses. That is why some shared computers do not use USB drivers anymore. I think that window 8 has put this problem to the past with its new skydrive. I think that USB drives are luckily going to be a thing of the past. With the internet and the file sharing i think that the future of computers is slowing switching to file sharing (like dropbox)

hmm... i remember my professor in english that when we are submitting our reports, it should be done over emails. by this way he is safe from viruses rather than inserting usb in his laptop directly. i understand why usb is the number source of virus because it can be inserted to any computer. i am just glad even begin to get scared that my laptop did his way to protect anything from getting virus contamination ;) thanks for sharing :)
