Fatal 3 victims of the April 15 Boston Marathon bombings were MARTIN RICHARD, 8, KRYSTIE CAMPBELL, 29 and LU LINGZI, 23. All three were among joyous marathon partakers. Campbell, a female restaurant manager was there to cheer up his boyfriend to finish the race; Lu, a Chinese female graduate student, was with friends at the finish line to cheer up and acknowledge finishers. and Richard was perched on the spectator fencing waiting for his runner father to give a hug. Kindly share your thoughts about them. See their pictures by clicking the URL below: http://blog.beliefnet.com/watchwomanonthewall/2013/04/3-boston-marathon-fatal-victims-named-pictures.html

I am so saddened by this. I have a 21 year old granddaughter and I think of her. These three were just starting out in life. So young and so much ahead of them. I hope it was worth to these two young men who killed them. How many more are out there of their group? I hope none but who knows.

Certain quarters are putting the blame on the FBI for not able to prevent the bombings before they happened. I said the FBI and the police cannot be blamed because they had no enough evidence for their arrest. It's my opinion. Thanks for asking.

People want to put blame some where. Officials always get the brunt of it. I don't see how they expect the FBI to know ahead of time. They have certain protocols that they carry out and it just happened that security had just checked the area. What more could they do? Could these people that are placing the blame have done it better?

Unless a "mind reader" is invented, it's next to impossible to prevent a person or groups from doing bad things. It's more easy to apprehand culprits when doing the act.
