Terrible Sunday - Part 1

Hi All,
This Sunday has been so terrible for me. I am still having the after-effects. Lol. I did not go home this weekend but chose to stay at my work place instead. Never thought it would go like this. I will summarize the whole day in about 4-5 posts. So keep reading... :)
08.45 a.m:
I woke up being excited that i will get to be active whole day on mylot...hardly i knew that this excitement will turn to terrible headache. I did all the chores by 10 and was ready for some mylotting. Then it started. Headache!
After about an hour or two of controlling this headache and still on mylot i was able to respond to users who had commented on my post. But still the pain was quite unbearable. It was behind my head on the right side and i don't have any idea why it started suddenly.

i hate when i get headaches like that. my mom is prone to migraines and i think i got it from her. anyways i have bad allergies to where if i go outside without my medicine i will get a headache, i drink a lot of sodas so my body is use to the caffine without it i get a headache, and i also get random headaches like you described that come on and there is no explination as to why.
i hope that you feel better now and that it went away!

haha she can so have this legasy back!!
the medicine i was refering to is an allergy medicine so yes it is pretty much permanent if i do not want a headache. i did have a medicine to take as soon as i felt a migraine come on and it did help a lot and they wanted me to take ibuprofen 3 times a day but i am not trying to damage myself with to much of that.
getting rid of them would be great! but i spend almost every day with some sort of a headache really.
it is 10:32 pm here an hour after you posted a response :) the time difference is so interesting to me all the time. see it is still Monday here....glad to hear that you are feeling better tho

Tuesday 8.13pm here mylot time 9.43am.
I know that you are glad to know that i am feeling better. Haha.
And yeah this time difference also interests me. I am actually stuck on a query that makes me so confused due to this time thing. You know what? Space-time is the 4th dimension in this world.
Is there any reason why you get the headaches? If you can really try to find out what's causing that, i mean some activities that you do daily, or some noticeable movements that might trigger your migrane. Find the cause then you will get the solution

Maybe it was passed on to you as a legacy by your mom. Haha. Just kidding. Is your medicine permanent type of?
Like, you MUST ALWAYS take it? I hope you will get rid of your headaches one day.
Right now, as of today morning 6.26am i am far better than sunday. It's tuesday here.

Could it be due to heat? I used to get headache whenever I exposed to some hot sun 
! It will be worst if I sit infront of the computer 
. The only solution for me is to have a good cold shower and some rest 
!

Sounds like you had a migraine or a tension headache. In either case being on the computer would make it worse and less likely to go away. It's better to lie down in a dark room and relax. Also placing a wet cloth over the eyes and doing deep breathing. Although I hate taking medication, Excedrin migraine works wonders when nothing else helps. Hope you're feeling better.
