Ok so yesterday i posted a discussion as if a discussion of the day was a good idea. I want to thank all the responses i got. So today's discussion of the day is on how do you think music has changed the world. Please put you thoughts on how music has changed the world your life,or you could talk about how music has changed in the past 10 years. Do you think that the world could not survive without music? I really hope that you will enjoy this series. If you would like to suggest something message me. I will usually reply within the next hour.

Music starts from the day we are born. The eternal life goes on in music. Very well said elmiko. It might also be true that music is present in the DNA. When we listen to any drum beats we feel the vibrations inside. The inner vibrations that we feel is nothing but the manifestation of the external music that we hear.

Music. I'm not into music so much, but I like it. Music has changed so much over the past decades.
I like the music of the 80s better, the age of rock and roll. I like rock and roll because it's full of passion. And even when the music can be loud, their lyrics have a lot more meaning than we initially suspect. My dad still listens to rock and roll(everday) so I am a little more familiar with most rock bands of that time.
Music of today is okay. It could be better though, but it's okay. I'm sure there are many talented singers and musicians out there who just didn't get too exposed. Usually the media shows us this entertainers that are not necessarily the best in their field but just managed to gain so much attention from the people.

I think music is a way for humans to express themselves, what they feel, what they think. It is just like literature and art. I think the world can survive without music, since it is not a basic need. But I think without music the world will not be the same. I'm not an avid fan of music, but I think the world will seem so dull without music.

Music has a big contribution when it comes to our everyday living. We always associate whats happening in our life with music. Like when we are sad, there is a specific music that would explain how sad are we at that very moment. When we are depressed, there will be a certain song that can express how disturb we are. There are million of songs in the world that best explain what is happening in our world.
To sum it up, I think, world will not survive without music.
