at sleep im grinning my teeth , how do you
control this, im concern coz sometimes my teeth aches when i wake up in morning

In our belief, grinning while sleeping is very bad, my grandmother says, it will attract bad spirit, bad spirits that cause nightmares, when i'm at my 20's i grinned my teeth while sleeping, and i received many slaps on my face, every night when my grandma heard that i'm grinning my teeth, she slaps my face. But now i don't i grinned my teeth anymore and i'm 35 years of age no. I don't know what happened, but that hobby of mine was gone.
