Best Weight Loss Advice

I've seen and heard it all. People come up with some sort of fad diet or exercise routine everyday. They keep trying to sell us the latest new thing that's supposed to be the easiest and fastest way to lose weight.
I've stopped buying into the hype. The best, and in my opinion the only real, effective way to lose weight and to keep it off permanently is to change our lifestyle. I'm not talking about just going to the gym and eating less. I'm talking about eating the RIGHT kind of food. Proper food that doesn't have a shelf life longer than a year. Nutritious, whole foods. In other words, the food our body needs.
We've been conditioned over the years to think that fast food, and stuff we see in supermarkets disguised as food is what we need. The truth is, if we stop and pay attention to the ingredients, there's more chemicals in our food these days than the actual food they're disguised to be! The food industry has us wrapped around it's finger. We are addicted to what they have fed us over the years. A steady diet of fat, salt and sugar.
The wonderful thing is, it's not too late. We can make small adjustments to our food intake and slowly push out the bad food with the good. We can start by cutting our soda intake. Replace it with freshly squeezed juice or better yet, water. Let's not think about it as depriving ourselves. Let's think of it as substituting something better to replace something bad. Over time, we will feel the benefits and we will become addicted to the right things. Addicted to nutrition. Addicted to feeding our body with the right nourishment. It might be a longer route than the latest fad, but it's definitely more sustainable. Our bodies will thank us for it.

Exactly!
Those fast loss weight programs are just robbing money from people.
Yes, there are few success stories, but once they stopped using the product- they will gain weight faster than they lose it.
It is still best to follow the natural process, exercise and diet and have a healthy life as well.
