We all know that exercise do keep our mind and body healthy. However, with the new generation of lifestyle, most people are neglecting exercise. I only do my exercise on weekends evenings by going cycling and sometime jogging. How about you? How often do you exercise?

I exercise everyday for at least 20 minutes, usually in the morning, because I want to get rid of those pregnancy flabs :)) Then my husband and I run every weekend :) He has an active lifestyle so I join him whenever he exercises :)

My husband is the one who pushes me to exercise. I'm not really into exercising because I never had any issues with my weight. But thanks to pregnancy, everything else changed :))

Well, I usually do home workouts for about 30 minutes at home. But, sometimes, I get lazy and only do 5 minutes or even skipped the workout. Argh, it just shows how little self-discipline I have. Hopefully, I can start taking things more seriously if I ever want a healthy, fit body. :)

5 minutes on a daily basis is better than nothing. I only do it on weekends and now i think i am putting on weight already and i guess i need to get myself back in shape and do regular exercise.

I usually have a walk for around 30 minutes every morning of weekdays. It helps refreshes my day. Then during weekends,I go out to my favorite activity which is a Lawn Tennis. Lot of people like this activity here in our place,I even became addicted to this.I like getting sweat with this activity.By playing tennis you are also burning extra calories which will help you lose weight and elevates your heart rate throughout the game. This also improve your mental state and alleviate any pain, anxiety and of course stress.Everyone have varieties of exercises, what most important is we are enjoying to every exercise we take.Have a nice day!

hi there rtslvtwy! the most i exercise in a week is six times. other times, i exercise just four times a week. here is what my typical week looks like: *monday - circuit training in the afternoon and then afterwards boxing training *tuesday - circuit training in the afternoon and then jui jitsu training *wednesday - circuit training in the afternoon and then boxing training *thursday - run/jog in the morning, kettleball/trx class in mid morning, followed by circuit training and then jui jitsu training in the afternoon *friday - run/jog in the morning, circuit training in the afternoon and then followed by boxing *saturday - circuit training in the afternoon and then followed by boxing i usually rest on sunday. other weeks i take friday and saturday off as well. if i do that though, i double my efforts come monday and tuesday. circuit training and my jogs/run usually last between thirty to forty-five minutes. boxing lasts one hour and thirty minutes and jui jitsu training lasts for two hours and thirty minutes. when my boxing trainer leaves for mexico next month, i'll most likely switch to muay thai and then will pick up mma training at least once or twice a week. really trying to have a more active and healthier lifestyle. also watching what i'm eating and drinking. really useless for me to exercise this much and then stuff my face with unhealthy food and drinks. cheers and happy mylotting rtsvtwy!!!

I try to exercise for at least 1 hour a day 3-4 days a week. Its good to do some cardio everyday but for weight training you usually want to give a day in between to allow your muscle fibers to heal. But as long as you don't over exercise you can do it everyday healthily.

Mostly 3 times a week. 1 hour per session. I just do some push ups, sit ups and jogging. That's the most I can do.

I exercise everyday for an hour, I take a brisk walk for 35 minutes then for rest 25 minutes I do different sets of exercise. I like exerting myself it calms me down. Also if i have to skip exercising one day I feel incomplete. So I am kinda addicted now.

i exercise 6 days a week or at least 5 days a week. My routine nowadays is 20 minute brisk walk. 20 minute jogging or running, 40 minute vigorous badminton , 5 min stretching. I am also looking to add muscle strengthening exercises to my routine.

I think I am a person who often do exercises. Every weekend I will have the outdoor activity if it is not raining outside. Besides, everyday I go to work and go home on feet for about half an hour. I regard it as my daily exercises already.

On an average, I exercise only once a week. It would only be jogging or running and some weights. When I was younger and still single, I have a gym membership and I exercise at least thrice a week. Now, Im looking forward to come back to exercising and get fit and back into shape soon!

I like to run the treadmill, but since I don't have access to it often, I run the steps. I use the 1st two stops as a stepper with ankle weights every other day for about 20 mins. I also like to dance, which is good for my heart rate. Jump roping and planks I do more sporadically as well as yoga.

I walk a lot. Whenever I get the chance, I walk. When I go home from school, I walk instead of riding vehicles. When there's nothing to do, I go to the mall and walk around. Nothing beats a good exercise than walking. My legs have become slender and firmer. It keeps my metabolism going too. Often times I swim for leisure, but only during summer.

I like to exercise every day, but, it just doesn't happen. I get lazy many times to start the exercise, though i know it keeps you fit and fine all the day, i could not afford time to exercise. It's once in a while i do some light exercise but wish to continue on daily basis.
