What should we do if there was no mobile phone?

just image that if we had no mobile phone to use now,what would happened to us,maybe we would never know any news arround us or our country,when we were seated on the subway,public bus,we would watch each other face to face.maybe,there was no cervical spondylosis for human beings,however,no mobile phone,too many things would change,we could not pay for something we bought,we could not send messages to our lover...so terrible...but it is just an image...

must be a boring life, just using the landline/phone alone to communicate but in same manner I was thinking probably lesser crimes, lesser breakups, and people will be serious again in views of relationship since it's more in person than over the text- the sincerity wise.
