I need someone to please help me
I have a X Box 360 and I was just playing Rainbow and it freezed up on me
I called Microsoft and the only the only thing they told me is to pay $140.00 and ship it back in and they will look @ it for me.
Has this happened to you ? I need someone who can tell me maybe how to fix it

does it work with other games?...maybe it is just the game disc itself?

ohh i am soooooooo mad I called Microsoft and this did not happen until I downloaded the info.from ym x box live
Microsoft will not even help me out of the service charge of $140.00
I just forked it over and I have to pay for shipping to Microsoft
They peeeeeeeeeed me off so bad!

The same thing happened to me with my XBOX original, they also told me to send it in :( Nothing you can do, but send it in.
