How have you benefited from Toastmasters?

I am a Toastmasters member in Malaysia for about a year now. One thing I can say about participating in the Toastmasters program has been truly exceptional and one of my proudest decisions. I have learnt how to become a overall better speaker and a more competent leader. Besides, visiting other Toastmasters clubs in the region has brought me new friends, sharpened my confidence and communication skills, plus providing me with a wonderful platform to network around. How has the Toastmasters program and being a member benefited you? :)
