We went to the beach this weekend and I just really had a great time swimming in the sea! :p
Puerto Galera in Oriental Mindoro, Philippines is a famous tourist spot for locals and also for foreigners. The sand was white and fine and there's a strip of small stones near the shore. The water was cool, crystal clear and calm. Even when the water was already deep, you can still see your feet in the sea floor.
I never cared if my skin got darker. I actually forgot to put on sunblock before swimming. :p And when I finally remembered, I did not bothered to. :D And now, I'm reaping the results! My skin got so dark and it kinda stung a little when we got back home. But I didn't mind because I really enjoyed swimming! I kinda wished we stayed longer. :)

Oh! Philippines is a beautiful country. I'm really want to go to the philippines no matter what I do in there. I can learn English, sightseeing, and play with child. And most inportant thing is I love swimming too. Like you said, there are clean sea, blue sky. But it's too expensive to me. So I just can swim in the swimming pool.

Where are u from? Lots of tourists from other countries visit our country because it's cheap here. Koreans, Americans, and other Asians flock here and study or tour.

That sounds like paradise! Unfortunately my skins doesn't get darker in the sun, because I have fair skin I have to be extremely careful about how long I expose my body to the sun, even with high factor sun cream. I have been badly burnt in the past so I know not to take any risks. I usually go pink or red in the sun, then it blisters and peels and hey ho it's back to being white again. Glad you had fun.

Getting a tan is a normal part when your swimming. Personally, I dont care if I get darker because tan is the colour of summer anyways but putting a sunscreen is a must as it protects you from the harmful rays of sunlight.

Yeah. Now I realized I should have put sunblock. Not to avoid getting dark skin but to avoid peeling off of skin. :p

Although here people usully regard the people who have white skin are beautiful. But I am still not so worried about getting darker when I go out to swim in summer. I don't mind it. I think this is naturl. I don't even use the sunblock. If I am a person who s afraid of being dark, I shall not like the sunshine and outdoor activities

You should learn how to swim. It's fun. :)
And u only get dark from swimming in the sea or lake when you're swimming under the sun for a long time.

O yes... i do worried my skin gets darker when swimming, but i love swimming so much. Nowadays i choose to swim very early in the morning before the suns up or after rainy days or at night. If i have no choice i make sure i wear a swimsuits that would leave a sexy mark on my skin so i dont feel that bad.

I do, but not so much about looks. I care enough to always put sun block lotions when I am under the sun for a period of time for comfort and health reasons. It's not fun to get sunburnt, and it's better to prevent from having some skin diseases.

I love to swim very much and the beaches too but most of the time before I go out to swim I always put sunblock to protect my skin. Like you I also do not mind if my skin gets darker because after all it's summer and most of the people has a dark skin because of swimming and sun bathing.

Yeah, and after summer, the skin will always go back to its natural color anyway so it's okay to get dark for a while.
