This is one of the big deal, especially, when your family owns a big company and you’re destined to handle that company in the future. The reputation of your family is now at your hand. What will you choose, then? There would be no problem if your parent want correspond to their decisions. But, what if it won’t happen, what will you do?

That would really be a tough decision. Other than your parents, other people expect you to continue the legacy. I think that one should just think of what it can greatly do to his future as the company has already been long established. he should learn to love it and let it progress even more. Maybe if he has other things in mind, he can do that later on when time permits.
