Chrome Error 103

It's been awhile since I used Chrome browser because of this error. I tried to uninstall it and reinstall. Unfortunately, instead of fixing it, it became worse. I'm unable to install chrome. I tried all the troubleshooting steps on the internet and none of them works. Anyone here knows how to fix this error 103? I really like chrome.

I don't use Chrome browser, I did use it at one time and I was having,problems with this browser to to I uninstalled it to, this browser is no good, and I don't think there is not way to fix it, the company that run Chrome, have to be the one to fix it, and if they have done nothing about, it then it won't be done.

It's really sad that the company seems not to be helpful at all. I could see a lot of people are having the same problem as mine but they could not give the right fix for this. There are some sites that I need to access that is compatible only to chrome. That is why I'm really trying hard to have this issue fixed.
