I hope this is nothing serious, but my right hand now feels cold, colder than my left hand..and a bit numb..but i can still move it. I am trying to move it a lot now so as it will feel normal.. but i can feel something different. i wonder if anyone else here felt that before? i have been moving it but it just felt this way all of a sudden.

Finally the legacy has appeared. You will get your own superpower anytime soon. It happened to me a few times before. I was also not sure about what caused it. Well, if you search for any detail of symptom on internet, I guess you'll ended up by being told that you have a cancer. I decided to not think much about it, put my hand into my armpit to return its temperature and moved on.

And what abt the other one? Hope that is all right and nothing is wrong with it. Didnt I tell you not to over exert a single hand? Didnt I suggest that you use both your hands equally.... GRR! no one listens to me anyways Seriously, I believe last night you fell asleep in some awkward position for that right hand and dont worry, it will be all okay soon. And if it doesnt, you should consult your doc... I am sure you will...

I have had this in both hands. I ended up going to see a specialist for this and was told it was permnanent nerve damage. I ended up needing and geting carpal tunnel surgery in both hands (a week apart for each hand) and I still have that trouble every once in a while. Good luck to you

Try shaking your hand to let the blood flow. If this persists for another day or two, do not hesitate to go to the doctor.

Blood must not be circulating well in your right hand. Hope it's nothing serious as well. Just exercise it and hope things would go back to normal.

Hi Ms. Toni, nice to see you here again.. Yes my hand is back to normal now, probably just some blood not running normally.. but i did some stretching and moving of arms..and it is fine now. I definitely needs to do some zumba again

Well, I've never had a similar experience. However, I have heard, here in discussions on MyLot, of people who had hurt carpal tunnel due to too much work typing on the keyboard. The speech for which you feel a hand colder than the other, I do not understand the cause. However, if the problem persists even in the next few days, if I were you I would go to a medical specialist.
