My friend wants to open an online store and she wanted to have a tag line with the store's name. the name of her store is cheapskate and I came up with this tag line for her "cheap price for your cheap budget". I want to know guys if my tag line is appropriate or not offensive? My friend is a little hesitant, she thinks it might offend some and in return less customers for her store. Please help.

It is kind of offensive because it is implying anybody who shops there has a cheap budget. Maybe give it a little tweak and use: "cheap prices for your personal budget" I would lose the repetition of the buzzword in favour of making the the potential customers feel that their budget, albeit a small one, isn't "cheap".

Hmm its sounds a little offensive to those people with tight budget. How about this one....cheapskate...cheap items thats right for your budget.
