Do The Cardio Workout!

I am one of those persons who are very eager to burn calories and lose weight. Since I eat too much that adds more to my belly fat, I am very motivated to get rid of my unwanted belly fats.
Because I am not comfortable doing workouts on gym, I decided to search for some videos on Youtube. And I found cardio workout videos that is 10-30 minutes. It is so much fun for it is somewhat like dancing. There are funky, hiphop and the-like.
You will really enjoy the sweat and the comfort it brings. If you are tired of doing some crunches, try doing cardio workout. It is fun and very effective in burning calories at the same time.
Take note: Before doing it, do 5-10 minutes warm-up exercises to avoid sprain.

I do cardio workout before. No need to go out and spend for gym membership. After sweating, I can cool down with a real nice shower and then relax and watch TV. But if I feel lonely, gym workout is my answer. I can meet people. But now, I am slowing down because of a minir heart problem.

They say if you have a minor heart problem, ask your doctor what exercises that you can only perform. My cousin had a minor heart problem before , and all she did was she jog everyday to make her heart used to it. And now I can say it really helped her heart problem. Take care always :)

I do, there are really times i am really motivated to workout. My cardio workout is jogging, before i always jog everyday. But now i seldom do. I want to do cardio workout but my body right now feels so tired from work, it feels that i am kinda burnout from work. Hope soon i can go back on soing some exercises, especially cardio workouts. Helps a lot from burning excess calories. Keep healthy my friend.

Hmmm. For now your body really needs some rest. Though you can't do your workouts regularly, try not to eat too much so you will not gain extra fats.

Thanks for the advice. I myself do some work outs as well. I sometimes do it in the gym, when I have time or sometimes, I just jog around the village, alone or with my parents.
Dancing is one great example of cardio, and so is swimming. I'll try to search for that video in youtube later and see if it will work for me as well

I also searched some cardio workout videos on youtube before. But I'm too lazy to do it. I just jog once in a while. Anyways, If you want to keep track on how many calories you have lost, if you have a smartphone, I would recommend you to download "runtastic(free version)" from the playstore if you have android. I assume it is also available for iphone users. It would calculate the amount of calories you have burned on a specific exercise. I use it when I jog and play badminton.

I too enjoy with cardio its real fun and we can loose much calories from cardio ..but we have maintian it regular ......

It's better to do exercises that you enjoy and you will stick to. Exercise to lose weight takes a lot of dedication, thus you have to be well disciplined if you have to succeed.
Most people lost interest because they find some exercise too difficult and yet don't see result that fast. That's why it's better to stick to an exercise that you enjoy to be able to see results.
