I am so glad a company finally accepted me. All we did for the first 2 days is stare at a computer for 8 hours a day. it is very tiring.. but at least i gained new friends and also learn new stuff. They gave us projects immediately, and i am quite scared. I hope i can do it well.

Oh, how I remember those first days on the job. Training and watching videos. I wish you luck. It is always scary to begin with. Keep us posted.

And we are happy too my dear. I just hope you learned to adjust quickly on your new found job. Just be patient and if you are in doubt don't hesitate to ask your superiors. I guess almost all of us felt the same thing too, about first time.

Yeah, i have been here for almost a week and i do feel a little bit confident and free and comfortable in moving around here.. i am adjusting slowly.. but steadily. They already gave us a project and i don't even know where to start, good thing i have a partner.

Congratulations on your first OJT! Don't be scared to ask for directions, especially when a certain instruction is confusing to you. It's better to be safe than sorry, it's better to do it right the first time than to keep on doing the same mistakes over and over again. Of course pay close attention when they try to teach you anything. It is also not good if you keep on asking about something that has been tackled already.
Good luck!

Thank you very much. That is what i am weak in, asking questions.. i can't really think of any in the discussion, i just think of them later on, and i am also quite scared to ask.. or just shy.I know i really should overcome it, but i just cant speak sometimes.

Experience is one of the greatest ways to learn. Cherish each day you spend there and learn whatever you could that can help you in your career in the future. I admit, it's very nerve wrecking at first but I know you'll do well. Just keep attention to details. Good luck!
